After 12 years as a UK Registered Business, after much deliberation, I decided in 2022 to register my Business in the European Country of Malta. With its historical connections to the UK (see below), its embracement to our language and culture, and its pro-Business values, Malta was an easy choice to take my Business forward in this decade. Since 2016 and Brexit, and then 2020 with the Global Pandemic, we have noticed a downturn in this market in the UK with (Funding) Directors at Corporations taking chances with their Health & Safety Responsibilities and significantly NOT supporting their Occupational Health & Safety Teams in Manual Handling Risk Management.

In 2023, the UK Conservative Government took the predictable decision following the previous 3 years, to punish Businesses even more and up Corporation Tax to 25%. Like most people, I am not a Politician Fan ... as mentioned in Tip 4 - Beware the Legal Shark (read here) from Sorry! We're Closed.
Our Registration Country may have changed, but our Client valued work in the UK continues. Our UK based Team, managed from our Manchester Office, still continue to 'Set UK Standards' for Manual Handling Training and Risk Management. We still trade in £s Sterling with UK Companies and Public Services and have a £s Business Account.

Our Registered Office is in Gzira, opposite the stunning capital Valletta. Pictured to the left is Manoel Island, between Gzira and Valletta. Malta has an extremely friendly culture, with all speaking fluent English. Business has a rather Londonesque nature, like London it's full-on, but all in the sun!
