We customise our Workforce Practical Skills Courses to your Manual Handling tasks, loads and environments by the following: Firstly through telephone contact (or via Microsoft Teams/ Zoom) we speak to you to gain sufficient information on the site's/ company's Manual Handling tasks, loads and environments. Notes from these conversations are saved on our database. Should it be necessary, emailing to us photos, video footage (via WeTransfer for example) and/ or Manual Handling Risk Assessment reports are useful in us further understanding your Manual Handling operations. This information is then discussed with our Instructor who is providing the Courses, a few weeks before the first Training Day goes ahead. Our Instructor has a site tour on the Training Day before the first Workforce Practical Skills Course. Due to the preparation as detailed above, and our all industry national experience, this usually takes around 30-45 minutes. This site tour enables our Instructor to further plan the practical tasks to be covered, and deliver remarkable Courses.
