Part 4 ... The Rewarded Part
Over the last 14 years I have followed up with all Clients over the phone after delivery of our Bespoke Manual Handling Courses and Manual Handling & Ergonomic Risk Assessment. 99% have been very happy. Did you see what I just did there. I admitted 1% were not ‘very happy’. That doesn’t mean they were not very happy, they were happy enough. What would be the Pristine Condition approach to this type of statement. Here we go …

‘100% of our valued Client partnerships gave our great Training Executives the kudos they so remarkably deserve for our top-tier, best of the best, cutting-edge, never seen before, in a class of its own, always bringing new concepts to the table, Bespoke Manual Handling Training delivery that got buy-in from all staff, including the factory rats. Pristine Condition look forward to the unprecedented success they achieve from our unique Programme with our scientifically proven techniques.’

The bullshit meter reads HIGH.
OK. What was exaggerated there? And it’s not the factory rats. You get me. You have heard it all before. From their Sales Guys over the phone. From their Marketing Machine. On their boring website. From the South American Cowboy in Chief himself … Señor Davy Snowdon MBE.

In Business, and in life, you can’t keep everybody happy can you? If you try to, you will make yourself ill.

Humans are complex animals. You can put one person in front of a painting and they have artistic orgasms, and the other person, they would use the painting as firewood.
So in any Business, you are trading with Companies and people who have pre-built expectations. We have gone to the most hazardous of Manual Handling environments and the Health & Safety Manager has been looking for Manual Handling miracles*.

But within the 1%, a tenth of that 1%, ok I will write that in decimals … 0.001 was our fault. We were contracted by Henkel around 12 years ago and I had to drive around the M25 in rush hour to get there. There was an accident. Gridlock and I was late for the first Course. Unfortunately, Henkel never returned. In hindsight of course I should have had an overnight Travelodge. But in the early days of running a SME, you try and reduce costs when you can.

*With extremely hazardous tasks with no supply of Manual Handling Equipment.
Look at what I have done there. I have admitted that we are NOT perfect. We don’t make everybody happy. But, we go out all guns blazing to achieve the remarkable every time. Like every Company across the big ball in space that we walk around on, we don’t achieve it every time. Can you imagine Majorly Big Ego writing what I have just written. Not in a month of Sunday.
The below paragraph is from their Testimonials Page and they spell it out … they are only a Training Provider. Not Manual Handling Risk Management. Not Musculoskeletal Disorder Risk Management. Just a Training Provider.
There are 4 paragraphs of self-adulation, self-aggrandising before the Testimonial Videos. You can almost imagine Davy sitting at his International World Headquarter’s desk massaging his pussycat called MBE.

Firstly, before we take a detailed look at these PNDed* Health & Safety Peeps’ ‘Paid per View’ Reviews, I want to defend** them.

In my insightful Blog ‘Challenging HSE Guidance on Safer Lifting Practice’ we saw that the HSE do not get involved in Manual Handling Techniques … here was Matt Birtles’ (HSE Principal Ergonomic Consultant) message to me via LinkedIn.

*Pristinus Neurological Disorder.
**Only partially though.
'' Yes, I can, although it is purely my opinion rather than HSE's corporate opinion if that makes sense. There are a couple of reasons we don't deliver Manual Handling (MH) technique training. The first is that the scientific evidence base for MH technique training doesn't show that it's beneficial for reducing the prevalence of injuries. This may be a problem with the training or perhaps a problem with the science, but HSE are a science led organisation it (the scientific evidence) just doesn't enable us to demonstrate that this would be a good use of HSE time.
MH technique training needs to be specific and tailored for each organisation, showing the workers how to do their tasks in their work environment using their tools and work pieces. It should also incorporate the specific outcomes of risk assessments for their work. Employers often don't wish to share all of this information with HSE due to our regulatory role, and there are others in the UK who can (and do) do this better than we could.
We purposely attempt to have a more direct impact at the risk assessment/risk reduction stage which is higher in the hierarchy or controls. This is why we develop simple and effective risk assessment tools and run MH Risk Assessment Training to show how to use them and then provide the guidance on what technique training should incorporate. ''
As you know yourself, your Health & Safety Qualification gives you a General Practitioner type of skill base i.e. in your Industry you know a little about a lot. You know when to contract the services of Professionals when the skill base is, well, outside of yours. Agreed?

Many General Practitioners advance in subjects that they take a keen interest in e.g. Mental Health or Musculoskeletal Medicine. And just like in your Industry, you will become an Expert in a specific part of Health & Safety. However, regarding Manual Handling even the Health & Safety Professionals that say to me ‘I am a Manual Handling Expert’ …. NONE …. has got a simple ‘Optimal Handling’ Squat Lift right.
1. Why we should manage workplace health & safety
2. How health & safety management systems work & what they look like
3. Managing risk – understanding people & processes
4. Health & safety monitoring & measuring
5. Physical & psychological health
6. Musculoskeletal health
7. Chemical & biological agents
8. General workplace issues
9. Work equipment
10. Fire
11. Electricity
In 18 years in this industry, other than Health & Safety Professionals who have been upskilled by our Physical Therapist Team, not one Health & Safety Professional has informed me on the phone what Optimal Squat Lifting technique is. ALWAYS 2 critical biomechanical errors. And why is this?

1. There are many subjects in the Diploma.
2. It is a Diploma, not a 3-4 year Degree.
When I studied Osteopathy in the 4 Year Bachelor of Science Degree at the World renowned European School of Osteopathy*, we had Subject Experts a plenty. One that jumps out was Professor Frank Willard (pictured in the gallery to the right). His knowledge and sheer passion were remarkable.

And this is what the UK Health & Safety Profession needs in the UK. Forget Diplomas. They are simply not involved enough. Degree, Degree, Degree.

*The European School of Osteopathy Founder Margery Bloomfield can certainly say ‘World renowned’. What a job she did. Remarkable. God bless her soul.
**How many times did I say Degree. Three. That’s how many years the study should be.
Within the Degree there would be Professors like Frank Willard teaching Human Anatomy and Biomechanics. There would be UK renowned Physical Therapists teaching the link between Anatomy, Biomechanics and Manual Handling Techniques and Ergonomic Risk Assessment.

The HSE, NEBOSH and IOSH fail ALL UK Health & Safety Professionals with regards to Musculoskeletal Health and Wellbeing. Maybe the CEOs of these Bodies should speak to the 1000s of people across the UK who have suffered debilitating spinal disc injuries, especially prolapsed discs, on what their quality of life is now, even after their 2 surgeries.

If these CEOs did this, maybe there would be 3 Year Health & Safety Degrees and you wouldn’t see such Manual Handling ignorance* as displayed by the following**.

*Ignorance sounds harsh but it is actually defined as lack of knowledge or information.
**Being mindful that they believe a PE Teacher of a Weightlifter and Ex-Military Personnel know what they are on about when it comes to the Human Body.
I grew up in the leafy village of Banstead during the 80s and 90s. The main supermarket was Waitrose (pictured to the left). We didn’t shop there that much. It’s expensive, but You Get What You Pay For. We shopped more at Asda.
So it’s a real shame that both Waitrose and Asda have been infected by Pristinus Neurological Disorder (PND). Let’s hope that their Health & Safety Team read this Blog, as well as Louisa ‘Empathise with their techniques’ Mead leaving Waitrose, which will happen sooner rather than later.
Pristine Condition Paid Reviewer 1. Louisa ‘Sound like you are on commission’ Mead
Safety Implementation & Support Manager at Waitrose.
From my intelligence gathering over 18 years, those* that were honest have informed me Davy is quite the charmer. Maybe a TV Dating Show would be his next move.
I mean charmer with the XX chromosome kind. I’ve got that in quickly as I don’t want him accusing me of any Ghastly Alluded Ymca…. allegations.

At Nestle, a Group Health & Safety Director even told me that Davy was not quite his Professional best with one of their XX chromosome Safety Team Members. Shocking that.

I personally find that PND is highest in Female Health & Safety Professionals. Please don’t be offended by that. He is a Charmer. Being charming is top of the Sociopath’s skill base. They are infectious. They are just so nice and charming. Mind Bending Enchantment.

*These were ‘Blind’ on that ‘Date’ Davy showed up in his ‘Look at Me I have a Range Rover!’ and gave the Pristine spiel.
At Mars Louisa goes on to say they ‘eliminated’ Manual Handling injuries in 18 months. I assume she meant Mars and not Pristine Condition … single handedly. She didn’t say how many reported MSDs* there were. Maybe it was a small number like 4-5 people over 18 months. Could well have been. Statistics and words like ‘eliminated’ can be misleading. Also, what other projects, initiatives and investments did they implement to reduce MSDs during this 18 months? It was unlikely just their Training, don’t you think*? Waitrose’s Louisa goes on to say ‘Empathise with their techniques’ …… WOWWWWW!!!!! Louisa, a quick reminder on their negligent techniques. Take a look to the left. As an Osteopath, I personally empathise for the 1000s of people who have or are approaching chronic pain every day from practising these shambolic Manual Handling practices.
*Recall the brainstorming we did in Part 2 regarding what other factors could be at play with leading to reductions in MSD Lost Time Accidents.
Louisa, is a Health & Safety Professional that would benefit greatly in reading Sorry! We’re Closed as well as having upskilling in basic Human Biomechanics. Here’s Essay 11 – Train as a Biomechanic (free to listen to below). With this she will likely have a sufficient amount of antidote to Davy Snowdon brainwashing. Louisa goes on to say ...

‘You can feel that it works.’

Body awareness, many people have none. They lean on elbows using a laptop. They lean on the chair’s arm rest. They lift with a forward bend. They sit rather like Louisa with a crossed leg. twisted spine and side bent neck (a recipe for chronic back and neck pain). With this I would take Louisa’s ‘You can feel that it works’ … with a pinch of salt.
So Waitrose’s employees, guided from their Health & Safety Team, follow Pristine Condition’s pushing practice and use of the arms and bodyweight, whilst twisting their spine using the force of just one leg.

But isn’t it worrying that a Group Safety Manager needs the advice from an ex-weightlifter for Slips, Trips and Falls? If you don’t find this worrying, maybe you don’t worry much, which is a skill in itself.
I recently have gone teetotal. Now I worry less.
Like I am not worried when Davy throws his toys out of the pram again following the publishing of Part 1, Part 2, Part 3, this Part and Part 5 (see bottom of this page) of ‘NOT as Pristine as YOU are Led to Believe’.

Although I do worry how people are going to afford all those Osteopathy treatments for the chronic injuries they have suffered with years of practising such negligent Manual Handling techniques.

‘Sound like you are on commission*’ …. I think Louisa you are.
*Yes, she actually said that .... I know.
Pristine Condition Paid Reviewer 2. Simon ‘Thanks Davy, every little helps’ Pritchard
UK & Group People Safety Risk Manager at Tesco.
Simon’s expression rather looks like ‘I can’t believe we have spent so much with such blatant Cowboys.’

This is a common theme I hear these days. Maybe the Pristine Machine is winding down, like Davy is as he reaches his pensionable years.

Distribution Centres ‘In 12 months had a 65% reduction in Manual Handling related Claims. Injuries more importantly, and absence.’
Every little helps.

Even with my Maths B-Grade at A-Level, this sentence confuses me (no, not the Tesco motto) …. 65% reduction in all 3 factors? Or is it each one? Or maybe just one factor?

Simon, what other factors were involved in this reduction? Look, I know Pristine’s in-house Lawyer put some terms, as they do, in your reward, but come on, what other factors were involved in this reduction? Maybe Simon will let me ask that over the phone. Simon, my number is at the bottom of this page.
‘Innovative’ … defined as introducing new ideas; original and creative in thinking. Featuring new methods; advanced and original. You sense the use of this word was in Simon's contract, and that's not the Tesco one.

I would say the UK Health & Safety Industry has just been very slow with all things Manual Handling. This is teaching people to lift, carry, push, pull in their working environment, pitched in a simple ‘Made to Stick’ way. There’s nothing innovative about that. Let’s remind ourselves, Manual Handling is not Rocket Science … more like Paper Airplane Science. That’s not to make it out in being simple, there is a lot of science to flying a piece of paper. Simon says ...
‘Wasn’t just kinetic lifting …’

This sentence displays a complete lack of any knowledge in Manual Handling Risk Management. Hence the use of Pristine Condition.
Kinetic Handling
Firstly let's get a definition of Kinetic .... relating to or resulting from motion.

Like me, you will recall Kinetic Energy from your school Science Classes.

Now let's see what Google (seeing that it's all knowing) states for Kinetic Handling ... Kinetic lifting is a technique of manual handling which reduces the risk of injury while lifting heavy objects.
Before I give you my Physical Therapist Verdict on Kinetic Handling, a short anecdote.

Man walks into a GP Practice. Sits in front of the Dr. looking at his computer. 'What's the problem, he asks the Man?' ... 'It's my back Doc, it's giving me pain!'

After asking the Man a few simple questions like 'Where does it hurt?' ... 'What do you think has caused it?' ... 'Are you taking any Painkillers' ... not much more etc., the Dr. diagnoses the Man as having Lumbago, defined as 'an outdated medical term that describes pain in the lower back region.' Let's summarise this little anecdote. Man visits Dr. knowing he has lower back pain. Dr. diagnoses him with pain in the lower back region.
Returning to Kinetic Handling ... with the Nessie Analogy and this Dr. anecdote in mind ... Kinetic Handling is a made up concept. More bluntly, it is MUMBO-JUMBO!!

Jack of All Trades Training Providers use it as a marketing ploy, to make you think 'Wow, they use terms like this, they must be good.' There is no such thing as Kinetic Handling. In fact there is NO rightful classification or special name for Lifting or Manual Handling. So when you see this phrase from a Provider you are looking at ... run a country mile!
Afford me one more anecdote, as I want to stick it in your head, as stuck as superglue. Alison, HR Officer meets Philip, Goods-In Supervisor in the staff canteen before work. Alison says to Philip ... 'What's your morning look like?' whilst sipping her latte ... to which Philip replies ... 'Got some Course at 9.30am. It's called Kinetic Handling' ... to which Alison replies ... 'Yeah, I'm on training this morning too at 9.30am. Some Manual Handling Course.'

At 9.30am in the Training Room, Alison turns her head to the right. At 9.30am, Philip turns his head to the left. They lock eyes. This isn't a Love Story. You get my point.
Simon says .... ‘Real world job challenges people face’

Of course, it goes without saying that an Expert Manual Handling Risk Management Provider would address the ‘real world job challenges’. You would expect that's a given.

But there is addressing them with Optimal Handling Techniques, and that is something Pristine Condition never have done and never will do.
If you are Vegetarian, and I was for 13 years, don’t read the next paragraph. Out of all the Manual Handling tasks, loads and environments I taught Optimal Handling Technique in when I was a ‘Training Executive*’ was at Tulip Foods. Remember Vegetarians, don’t read this next sentence. 3 pigs cut in half** hanging on a rail. The task was pushing them along the rail. A very heavy load that moved when you pushed the first pig halves, that stunk. Therefore it was impossible to make the task low risk for MSDs, especially neck and shoulder. There were 2 key body use technicalities. Simply taking big steps whilst pushing, engaging the gluteal muscles (your butt) more, keeping the elbow as close as it was possible to the trunk … not the pigs’.

Welcome back Vegetarians. What did I do there? I addressed the ‘real world job challenge’ but unlike Pristine Condition’s ‘Training Executives’, with an Expert knowledge of how the human body works.

*Recall this Job Title of Pristine Condition’s Manual Handling Instructors.
**I didn’t eat pork products for months after that awful experience.

Back to Simon’s ‘benefitted’ appraisal.
‘MHE support too!’

If Pristine Condition can’t get a basic Squat Lift right, what chance do they have with MHE. Very worrying. Would it not be prudent to work with the Equipment Manufacturer/ Supplier?

The MHE Programme was a ‘KEY PART’ of why injuries reduced. There it is. An admittance that there are other factors at play in reducing injuries that they have implemented. But did Simon conduct a Scientific Experiment to be able to state the ‘KEY PART’. Clearly a subjective opinion, most like a PND sufferer with Confirmation Bias, manipulated by the Cowboy in Chief. Perhaps even waterboarded by the Military personnel.

Overall there is nothing special on the Simon Says appraisal. He goes on and on about an ‘Independent coming in and staff listen to an external voice.’ That external voice ....

‘Use your Geordie Rockets. It’s the clean and jerk* Man’ ….
with the lift in one go from pallet level to above head height**.

‘Don’t do your Doughnut*** Man!’
*Who’s the Jerk?
**A reminder this was the ‘Scientifically Proven Technique’ they were teaching employees at a UK wide Dairy Company.
***Who’s the Doughnut teaching practice that is outside of HSE guidelines, Appendix 3 from the Manual Handling Operations Regulations?
Pristine Condition Paid Reviewer 3. Patrick Shah, Safety Strategy Project Manager
at Cooperative Retail Logistics.
I tried to write ‘Poject’ but the Pristine ‘Anatomical Intelligence’ World Leading app saw the error and corrected it to ‘Project’.

In the back you have Davy going on about ‘using your big engines’ for the lifting of crates at head height and above. Davy, Davy, Davy when will you realise that your ‘big engines’ can’t be applied and used for everything. Lifting a crate at head height and above, just is … what it is.
Unless you are The BFG this will involve lifting with your arm and shoulder muscles with your spine and neck in a backward bent position. A lack of realism with the ‘Real world job challenges people face.’

I almost feel like shouting out to Patrick … ‘Look, he’s behind you!’
The legs (‘Big Engines’) are used when loads are at waist height to floor level. Day 1 Biomechanics Class there, remembering Davy has never attended this Class. Patrick mentions a ...
‘65% reduction.’
It’s rather a political expression. What is 65%?
If you had 30 lost days in 2017 that would mean there was a reduction of approximately 20 days. I ask you the valid question … ‘Is a 65% reduction misleading?’
Many see through this Marketing manipulation. But many don’t.
This question (shown to the left) is asked each time and each (‘given a gift’ or ‘paid money’ or ‘booked an All Inclusive Holiday to the Maldives flown by Pristine Airways’) Pristine Reviewer goes over the same information.

It gets quite boring on each video as they are just repeating themselves.
It’s no surprise this question is asked, with Davy Snowdon’s self-aggrandising personality, massaging the MBE pussycat.
On the Pristine Condition ‘Our Heritage’ page .... One second ... ‘Our Heritage?’

When you think of heritage, do you not think of 100s of years backwards. 27 years since their inauguration. Here we go … ‘300 years of weight lifting knowledge.’ Has Davy gone to the archives? Does he come from 4 generations of weight lifters? Why 300 years and NOT 3.2 million years when humans were first roaming our zero-concrete planet. That would be better than 300 years.
As we have seen in Part 2, Weightlifting Exercises do NOT transfer to Industry. Remember The Deadlift, The Clean & Jerk and the worst of all ... Good Mornings. If anyone says these principles of lifting are sound … they are a MADMAN!
‘Worldwide’ … the UK, some of Ireland and touching America. Has the rest of the World sunk like in the 90's film Waterworld with Kevin Costner?

Our stretch now is to Malta where we have a small Team of Physiotherapists. If you can’t beat them join them. Ok, so now Osteopathic Solutions is a multinational operation helping Businesses worldwide. Touché.
‘We pride ourselves in family values’
This is Sociopathy at its very best. You know the ones who go on about the Charity work they do. Those ones are those you want to watch. Of course some are genuine, but the ones who publicise it, ones to watch, and I don’t mean in a positive sense.
Davy, ever the Sociopath desperate to appear more holy than thou; those family values weren’t being applied with that Solicitor letter following his failure to be chosen by Bakkavor, like we were in 2014.

On the subject of family, I certainly wouldn’t want my Son to be involved in my Business, like Davy does his. You want them to craft their own niche. Become their own person. If my Boy says to me when he is 18 .. ‘'Dad, I want to be an Osteopath.’' …. I will say ‘'Over my dead body.* Go and be a LIV Tour Golfer!** And I will be your Osteopath on tour!’’.

*Osteopathy is a remarkable therapy, but it is beyond tough on the Practitioner physically. Also, the pay is just not in line with the Expertise i.e. not much better than a Diploma trained Massage Therapist.

The Trent Mohan Story
In 2014 we took on a 25 year old young Man called Trent Mohan for a Business Development role. After 6 months he was starting to get some good successes. At the end of each week I would buy him a beer in the local pub as a congratulations. In October 2014 Trent asked me if he could take his pussycat to the Vets at the request of his girlfriend who was not in employment. As his Employer I declined his request. Somewhat reasonable. He wanted to earn a better income, and this mentality wouldn’t get him there. Shortly after ‘Pussycat Gate’ he started to complain of ‘headaches’. I even provided Osteopathic Treatment for him to alleviate/ cure these ‘headaches’. His performance was crashing and in my gut I knew something was up.
One morning in November 2014 I came into the office and his resignation letter was on my desk, saying he had got a job with his girlfriend’s Father’s Business.

A few weeks later it came to my knowledge that he had Limited Tetris Training Ltd and marketing his Manual Handling Training Business whilst in the Osteopathic Solutions office, whilst I was at Clients’ sites. There was also much evidence of database abuse changing certain contact’s email addresses, deleting scheduled callbacks like for South Lakeland District Council who were looking for us to return (following our 2012 provision) and upskill their Waste Service Crews in Optimal Handling Technique and Practices. With my callback deleted, I thought to myself ‘Why hasn’t the Health & Safety Manager called us to book the Training?’
Looking at the notes, Trent Mohan had written ‘Gone with Tetris Training Ltd’. I even think a Psychiatrist would struggle in why he had written that. And with the ‘You have been found out’ email his ‘throw his toys out of the pram’ reply strangely mentioned that I have a small manhood. Off to the local Court we went where he was taught some life values by the Judge.
Trent is a classic example of Antisocial Personality Disorder/ Sociopathy. Absolute classic. Let’s have a look at his new Business Skill Up Safety.

Let’s pay attention to the words used ...
‘Trusted Partner’ ..... ‘Expert led’ ..... ‘98% client retention since May 2021’ ..... ‘with a legacy of health and safety training experience that already spanned over a decade, we set our sights on excellence—and the results speak for themselves!’ ..... ‘we’ve become a beacon of reliability’ ..... ‘unmatched prowess’ ..... ‘forged impactful partnerships across sectors’ ..... ‘Our versatile approach, with bespoke health & safety training tailored to every unique need—be it on-site, off-site, or blended—has set us apart.’ ..... ‘Join us in celebrating not just a number, but a journey of dedication, innovation, and success!’
Is it me, or has Trent Mohan gone to the same PR & Marketing Agency as Pristine Condition? I really do hope the TechIOSH he puts after his name on LinkedIn is real. I would put a good bet on … it isn’t.

So why am I telling you this. Allow me one more paragraph, and then I will tell.

People with this type of horrible Personality Disorder like to make out they are constitutionally a good person by publishing the fact they either work with a Charity, or donate to a Charity. It is classic. And low and behold we find Trent on www.justgiving.com/crowdfunding/trent-mohan
Trent Mohan reminds me of Davy Snowdon. The only difference that Davy has been SME successful and Trent has been a multiple Business failure. The Mohan self-aggrandising. The fake 'Client' Reviews. The charm of the fake smile.

And as we return to Davy Snowdon Manipulative Bodybuilding Expert, we see that Davy has done his fair share of Charity Work, in the public.

You can just see Trent and Davy massaging their pussycats together.
Pristine Condition
Business Values
In Part 1, we made a detailed investigation into their 2024 Team.
What do you notice about their Team website page?

No pictures of their Team. I propose that the ‘No Photos’ is because there is NO longevity in the Team, i.e. they stay maybe a couple of years at best, and leave. Whenever a Company does not display their Team, they are hiding something. What are Pristine hiding? With Davy’s Majorly Big Ego it is likely he doesn’t want to admit he is an Owner of a Small Medium Enterprise, and not a World Leading Business.
The concerning statement is ‘Finance, the most important department of any Business.’ Of course getting payments in, is the life blood of any Business however in my eyes, the Operations side of a Business is most important; that the paying Client gets what they are paying for, at the standard they deserve.
And on this Team website page we see the PR and Marketing spiel … ‘Account Management and Logistics’. Logistics? Which surprisingly is defined as the detailed organization and implementation of a complex operation.

It looks like DHL, XPO and Wincanton have a new Competitor!

And as we bring Part 4 of ‘NOT as Pristine as YOU are Led to Believe’ here is a reminder of the signs and symptoms of Pristinus Neurological Disorder (PND) …

- Confirmation Bias that Olympic Lifting Techniques transfer to Industry.
- That their Techniques were 'Scientifically Proven'.
- That their self-proclaimed 'unprecedented' results were unprecedented.
- Chronic Pain for those who regularly practise the shocking pushing technique they so negligently teach (shown by Davy Snowdon in the image to the right).
- A fanatical, almost religion like fantasy that Davy Snowdon is a World Leader in #ManualHandling.
- That employees would never ‘Do their Doughnut’ when using their ‘Geordie Rockets’.

And with any chronic condition, if you believe you are suffering from PND, there needs to be a sustained, super-strong treatment regime. Suffering PND, after having read Parts 1, 2, 3 and 4, jump now to Part 5 for the administering of your full antidote.*

*And it’s been fully tested unlike the COVID-19 ‘latent liver disease’ vaccine with tracking microchip.
