Emma runs Osteopathic Solutions from our Head Office alongside Gareth. Emma graduated in Art & Design from The Limerick School of Art & Design, adding a creative streak to the Business with her Design background. Emma is heavily involved in Business Development and Company operations behind the scenes.
​
Projects include: website design and management, creation of exciting marketing campaigns, production of company learning material, illustration work and ... all things design related really.
​
Other areas of expertise include content writing, onsite quality assurance at Client venues and Team Management.

Gareth is a qualified Osteopath; graduating from the European School of Osteopathy in 2004. He expertly manages our UK & European Team from our Head Office.
With over 12 years of Business Management under his belt you will find Gareth involved in many different projects for Osteopathic Solutions Ltd.
From working on our latest Manual Handling Risk Management product for our Product Ecosystem, to maintaining the highest of Training & Consultancy standards for our UK Clients, to carrying out our Expert Training & Consultancy Provision on site; he's a busy man!

Giovanni is London based. He joined our UK Team in 2022 and delivers Workforce & Instructor Manual Handling Training as well as conducting onsite Manual Handling & Ergonomic Risk Assessments.
​
Giovanni is a qualified Osteopath having studied Osteopathy at The International College of Osteopathic Medicine in Turin, Italy between 2012-2017. He also gained a Masters in Osteopathy at Nescot in the UK. He is owner of the MiTo Healthcare Clinic.
​
Giovanni enjoys practising fencing, his favourite sport; travelling around Europe, particularly going back to his precious home Country, Italy. He is passionate about coffee and red wine.
Francis is Bolton based. He joined our UK Team in 2022 and delivers Workforce & Instructor Manual Handling Training as well as conducting onsite Manual Handling & Ergonomic Risk Assessments.

Francis is a qualified Osteopath having studied Osteopathy at The College of Osteopaths between 1999-2003. He is the owner of Deansgate Osteopathic Clinic.
Away from business, Francis is a black belt in Judo where he takes classes each week. He enjoys countryside walks with his family.

Jonathan is Peterborough based. He joined our UK Team in 2015 and delivers Workforce & Instructor Manual Handling Training as well as conducting onsite Manual Handling & Ergonomic Risk Assessments.

Jonathan is a qualified Osteopath having studied Osteopathy at The College of Osteopaths between 2002-2007. He also gained a Naturopathy Diploma in 2008.
He runs his private Osteopathic practice in Oundle.
​
Away from business, Jonathan loves nothing more than going to his local pubs in Oundle to enjoy Craft Beers and a friendly chat with fellow pub goers. He enjoys traveling to warmer climates, including onboard cruises around Europe. When the sun shines, he loves to take his soft top Mazda Miata for a spin.

Paul Henaghan is Bath based. He joined our UK Team in 2013 and delivers Workforce & Instructor Manual Handling Training as well as conducting onsite Manual Handling & Ergonomic Risk Assessments.

Paul is a qualified Osteopath having studied Osteopathy at The London School of Osteopathy between 2003-2007. He runs his private Osteopathic practice in Bristol.
​
Away from business, Paul enjoys walks in the beautiful scenery of South Wales. Each year he takes a month long vacation to Australia with his wife, regularly visiting the Blue Mountains near Sydney.
Kurt Farrugia Gouder is Malta based. He joined our Team in 2024 and delivers Workforce Manual Handling Training for Companies and the Public Sector across Malta.

Kurt is a qualified Physiotherapist and Podiatrist graduating from The University of Malta in 2015.
​
Away from business, Kurt keeps extremely fit through CrossFit and Obstacle Course Races. He has also obtained The Duke of Edenborough Award being an active Member of the Scouts.

Toby Terpougoff is Malta and London based. He joined our Team in 2024 and delivers Workforce Manual Handling Training and Moving & Handling of People Training, qualifying Instructors for Care and Clinical Services Groups & Hospitals in the UK and in Malta.

Toby is a qualified Physiotherapist graduating from The University of Malta in 2015.
